Having recently purchased a Ford KA from Coppull Motors, I have nothing but praise for the customer service I received . The staff were excellent and friendly, nothing was too much to ask. This is the 5th car my family has purchased from this garage in the past few years and as always coppull motors was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend them to anybody. Buyer be ware!

My daughter bought a BMW from here in July 2024. The service at the point of sale was great but the car had a serious on going fault which first appeared within a matter of days. Each time we returned the car it was not repaired appropriately and we were fobbed off. The warranty was not worth the paper it was written on. Despite being told calls would be returned and problems fixed nothing was done. The car ended up in BMW who after carrying out tests told us it needed a new engine. Fortunately my daughter had the backing of her bank who had provided some of the finance so she could get her money back.
