Both myself and my family members have bought our cars from Paul and his team for years. Always unbelievably helpful and happy to go above and beyond to get the best deal for us. Sorted a car for my daughter at extremely short notice when her old one gave up and she literally had a ferry to catch the next day. Nothing is too much trouble.

WOULDN'T RECOMMEND, i bought a seat leon from here and 1 week later the master cylinder went, i understand that problems can happen but not after a week, luckily i had warranty on it i rang the garage and they seemed unbothered very rude and ignorant i got told 'the car is 8 years old its going to have problems' after asking to fix and give me a car while it was getting fixed also the garage never answers when u ring just all round a bad garage DO NOT GO.

I brought a vehicle from Coppull Motors recently. Company is tidy and vehicles look presentable at there premises. I was aware that the vehicle I was buying needed a few minor fixes doing to it, which I didn't mind doing as representative of the asking price. However, when I got the vehicle home, I found that three of the tyres were below legal limit, the vehicle had a jack & tyre inflator/wheel nut bar missing and the rear window wiper was inoperative due to a broken motor.I have since replaced the tyres and missing equipment, however did contact Coppull Motors regarding the broken wiper motor. They told me that they would reimburse me for the cost of a replacement part, which I had sourced at a reasonable price. As requested, I Emailed the Company with the details. It has now been 3 weeks and a further 2 telephone calls to chase this issue have resulted in the same response, 'yes we will reimburse you' or 'the owner is away on holiday'. I have not had any reimbursement nor have I had any contact from Coppull Motors, it has been me who has had to chase the reimbursement and it appears that the Owner seems to have more holidays than "Judith Chalmers". The vehicle I purchased from Coppull Motors has now been put right and is a great car at my own expense.I write this review, not to complain but to express my disappointment in the way that you, a Customer is treated after the sale is complete.

Would give 0 stars if possible - Customer Service - 0 stars No type of after care, couldn't care less! Car broke down after a few weeks, Had the AA out, had my car in the garage a few weeks for all sorts of tests. Rang them a few times for any kind of advice/help & info on my warranty. Apparently they don't keep records once the car is sold so didn't know who i was or any info on my warranty - BUT WHAT A SURPRISE DESPITE NOT KNOWING WHO I WAS ON ONE PHONECALL WERE ABLE TO TELL ME IT HAD EXPIRED!!!!! i was asked to call back again - more unhelpful conversations with someone who sounded a lot like the manager i spoke & made my payment to but manager was never in (it was the same guy!) was promised call backs from the manager - said should i give you my number then if you don't keep records - no???? probably why im still waiting for a call back 3 weeks later!!!
