    Would give 0 stars if possible - Customer Service - 0 stars No type of after care, couldn't care less! Car broke down after a few weeks, Had the AA out, had my car in the garage a few weeks for all sorts of tests. Rang them a few times for any kind of advice/help & info on my warranty. Apparently they don't keep records once the car is sold so didn't know who i was or any info on my warranty - BUT WHAT A SURPRISE DESPITE NOT KNOWING WHO I WAS ON ONE PHONECALL WERE ABLE TO TELL ME IT HAD EXPIRED!!!!! i was asked to call back again - more unhelpful conversations with someone who sounded a lot like the manager i spoke & made my payment to but manager was never in (it was the same guy!) was promised call backs from the manager - said should i give you my number then if you don't keep records - no???? probably why im still waiting for a call back 3 weeks later!!!

    Friendly and welcoming staff but deposits are non refundable and they don't advise you of that unless you ask. They didn't want to negotiate on price and they won't accept payment by credit card so if you purchase a vehicle from here, you won't have any protection under section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act. Instead payments have be either cash (risky) bank transfer (equally risky) or by debit card. Personally, I prefer to write a cheque than expose my savings account to a card reader but that's me. I even suggested the dealership should keep hold of the car until the cheque clears but that didn't suit. Apparently, the dealer seems to think cheques take 14 days to clear. This is 2022 ... Clearing time is 1-3 days! He also complained about the need to take a cheque to a bank to deposit

    Not only did they provide me with exactly what I was looking for, but Liam was professional, friendly and very well organised throughout the whole process. Sensing my nerves at driving a different model to what I was used to, he came with me for a short drive before setting up the sat Nav to get me back home. I cannot thank Coppull motors enough- totally love my new car- thank you.

    Excellant trade in deal and after sales service. Minor issue with the exhaust about 3wks after buying car - no quible from Liam and sorted within the day - also kept me informed by phone

    Reporting Coppull Motors to Trading Standards

    Would never use this company again. Car marketed as having V5C but on told no V5C after having paid deposit and agreeing to purchase. Coppull Motors failed to send V62 to DVLA when car sold, did not send it when chased when V5C not received after 2 months and only only sent the V62 to the DVLA less than 2 weeks before the Road Tax expired. Coppull Motors refuse to accept responsibility or renew the Road Tax. I cannot renew the Road Tax without the V5C or V11. Coppull Motors ignoring e-mails and telephone calls. Will be reporting to Trading Standards.

    We never marketed the car to have a v5c check the adds , we have also taxed this car for the customer again please can you sort out asap
