Having recently purchased a Ford KA from Coppull Motors, I have nothing but praise for the customer service I received . The staff were excellent and friendly, nothing was too much to ask. This is the 5th car my family has purchased from this garage in the past few years and as always coppull motors was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend them to anybody. I really love my new Ford KA.

Wouldn't bother. Bought a car from here went back in 3 times within the 3 months warranty for various problems then the timing belt went we went back and asked if they could do it was told yes they will do it at trade price after 3 weeks of chasing them as the manager was constantly "on holiday" to get it booked in we was then told actually it will be a extra 300 pound so not trade price at all. Absolutely no after care would give zero stars if it was possible.

My daughter bought a BMW from here in July 2024. The service at the point of sale was great but the car had a serious on going fault which first appeared within a matter of days. Each time we returned the car it was not repaired appropriately and we were fobbed off. The warranty was not worth the paper it was written on. Despite being told calls would be returned and problems fixed nothing was done. The car ended up in BMW who after carrying out tests told us it needed a new engine. Fortunately my daughter had the backing of her bank who had provided some of the finance so she could get her money back.

What a great experience dealing with Andy, Paul and the team. Very Professional, very friendly and at no point did I feel pressurised into buying. Actually advised me to go away and think about the options and return for a test drive the day after. Even delivered the car to my doorstep once I had taken the plunge. will definitely buy from here again.

I bought my car from Andy and the team at Coppull Motors, the parcel shelf was missing and Andy promised me he would send i through the post. Within days the parcel shelf arrived, excellent customer service.
